Problems with bluetooth

hey i have Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter i think its that cause ive tried the uninstall the device and get generic bluetooth but it doesnt work when ive tried that method after uninstalling the driver when i restart my laptop it just shows this driver instead of generic so i dont know what to do

Um so u cant seem to be able to install the driver cause it reanstalls the prevoius one instantly after i uninstall it and when i try it says the existed  productversion is higher than your productversion installation Quit. how do i make it so it doesnt installl it automatically

Unfortunately, that I do not know.

If the driver came from Windows update, there is a way to prevent it from installing but if it installs instantly then the driver is on the PC.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you any further.
