Hi. I currently own a HP DeskJet 3760 printer which I’ve come across some problems. 

Scenario is this:

 

I became a HP InstantInk costumer and received 2 new cartridges. Installed them and worked fine. 

My Wi-Fi disconnected and now my printer does not recognise the cartridges as they’re linked to HP InstantInk. The “my services” icon flashes amber with the cartridges in yet without it’s a static white colour. 

I fail to see how it’s fair that I must now purchase more ink cartridges so my printer works? 

I cannot re-roll my printer for Instant Ink as I cannot print out or gain access to the specific code required.

 

Please help asap!
