Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I utterly hate it when people who don't know about computers but laptops in general try to answer questions they have no business answering.

wifi antennas are PCI-e which means they are plug and play compatible. although there is a small chance of it being in conflict with existing drivers the chance is small. as long as windows has the drivers for that card it will install and it will work. (given the very minute possibility for driver conflicts)

please don't refer people to owners manuals if you do not know the answer to a question.

you guys probably scared that guy out of upgrading his card when it was perfectly feasible
