Well, that is good news.
I installed this card in mine, and it works great but you would need to install W10.
I'm just worried that there is something wrong, but maybe it is just that lousy outdated Ralink card.
If you want a card that will work with W8.1, then this one would work fine:
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part number 724935-001
Worst case scenario is the BT still doesn't work but at least you would have dual band Wi-Fi.

This is the Realtek bluetooth driver

Please confirm you have an Intel CPU.

Hi, @Kenan862
Do you know if the notebook ever had W7 installed?
I once bought a 350 G1 new and it came with W8.1 Pro with downgrade rights to W7 Pro.
There is a utility in W7 called the HP connection manager which when you upgrade to W10 and the Bluetooth is turned off in W7, it remains off during the upgrade to W10.
The problem is the connection manager software is not supported in W8 and newer.
Try these two things:
1. Go into the BIOS disable the Bluetooth, save the setting.
Restart the PC, go into the BIOS, enable the Bluetooth and save the setting.
See if the Bluetooth shows up.
2. If not, make a bootable USB Ubuntu desktop installer.
Download link:
Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu
Tutorial for making a bootable Ubuntu installer:
Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu
Boot from the Ubuntu installer.
Select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'
See if you can turn on the Bluetooth in Ubuntu.
If you can, turn on the BT, exit out of the Ubuntu installer, remove the flash drive, restart the PC and you should now have Bluetooth in Wndows.
Note that in W10 the Ralink Bluetooth probably will not work.

Hello thank you, I will try the second option. The first option i already tested and not worked. And yes when i bought this laptop back in 2014, it had Windows 7. Also i couple times reinstalled windows 7. I think it had HP Connection Manager.

That controls the Airplane mode.
