And there's no Bluetooth device manager category, in the device manager, correct?

If so, there's probably a hardware issue with the Ralink Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.

Have you tried removing and firmly reseating the Wi-Fi adapter?

Sometimes the contacts get oxidized.

There is a bluetooth category in device manager, And it is showing in there. No errors. But no bluetooth option in settings. Also i didnt tried reseating the card.

HP Recommended

Don't bother reseating the card if there's a Bluetooth device manager category listed.

Click to expand that category, and does it show a Ralink Bluetooth adapter installed and working properly?

If it shows a generic Bluetooth adapter, the driver isn't installed.

I'm stumped.

BT should be working fine.

What is that unknown device you have there in the device manager?  That needs a driver.

Please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

That device is HP's 3D Drive guard sensor. I forgot installing the driver.

Yesterday i spent whole day figuring out this bluetooth problem.

OK, well that isn't going to get the BT to work, I wouldn't think.

I don't know what to say.

If your notebook had two antenna wires, I say upgrade the wifi card, but I think the 350 G1's with the Ralink cards only have one antenna wire..

I don't understand why the BT is turned off.

All the Fn keys should be working and the F12 key should enable/disable Airplane mode and that would also turn off the Wi-Fi too.

No my laptop has two antenna wires. One black and white wire
