My Bluetooth connection suddenly drops randomly. It's super annoying as my keyboard and mouse disconnect and I have to wait for it to reconnect. It's been happening for a while now, so I did some googling and I checked Event Viewer. I found that every time a disconnection happens, a Warning level event happens with the source being BTHUSB and the event ID is 34. The details of the event just say this: "The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode. The minimum required supported state mask is 0x2491f7fffff, got 0xffffffff. Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available." I'm guessing that if I fix whatever the issue is that causes this event to happen, it wouldn't happen anymore. I would also like to mention that this happens usually when my laptop is warm. Anyways, anyone got any advice?
Quick Update: I don't know if this has anything to do with the issue, but a new error event popped up with the source being DistributedCOM and the error ID being 10029. The details say: "The activation of the CLSID Microsoft.Bluetooth.Profiles.Hfp.Internal.HfpTransportDevice timed out waiting for the service BTAGService to stop." Even though it doesn't show for all the other disconnections I've had before, it seems this error repeats until I get disconnected and get the warning I mentioned above.
