I need to know what speeds a RealTek RTL8821CE 802.11ac can handle up to. My laptop gets 150 Mbps but we are paying for 200 and are supposed to get 400mbps!! I get 80 to 100. Sometimes 150 Mbps. Thanks

Hi:
The maximum throughput for that model wifi card with an AC router on the 5.0 GHz wifi band with an excellent signal is 433 MBPS.
You can look up the actual connection speed (not the download speed) by going to the Windows control panel>network and internet>Network and Sharing Center>on the right side of that window, click on your wifi connection, and it wil show you what speed the wifi adapter is connecting at.
If you are paying for 200 MBPS internet service and are getting 150 MBPS, that isn't bad.
You are certainly not going to get a faster download than what you are paying for, so a 400 MPBS download speed isn't going to happen.
