Re: Can't connect to the internet using Fios 5G WiFi

HP Recommended
Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am able to connect to the internet directly through my router and through Fios WiFi.

When I try to connect to Fios 5G Wifi, the WiFi connects, but it says no internet.

I was able to connect once, when I fixed the WiFi connection, but it has not connected again.

@steveska

What is your Pavilion notebook ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

  Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Your machine may ONLY support 2.4GHz nwetworks anf you have to allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

Regards.
