I uninstalled HP Orbit from both my Android phone and my Win 10 PC. I have reinstalled it on both devices.i
- I reinstalled on my phone from the Google Play Store.
- I reinstalled on my PC using the instructions in the last entry on the following page: https://support.hp.com/lamerica_nsc_carib-en/product/hp-24-g200-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/1382354...
However, each time I try to get the necessary code from the version on my computer, Orbit times out on my computer and tells me that I do not have HP Support Assistant installed. Even though I do have HP Support Assistant installed, I have reinstalled it several times and I continue to get the same message.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
