Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1010nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Wifi and BT are on same card, No issues with my Wifi for the past couple of years. My only issue is BT not working, It will show a name for a second then show 'unknown' Ear buds, mouse, anything that uses BT does not work. Uninstalled driver(s), reinstalled and no update through windows. My MSI mouse has a dongle to opperate off wire, but I can't switch over to BT, no connection. My chip number is the title, if I have to replace it I will, just looking for any other advice before I find one to buy. Thanks.
