Steve so far this is making a massive difference. My WIFI analyzer is showing a 97% improvement and I am seeing -51 dBm (-40dBM is near perfect) at 5 GHz 802.11 ac which is a marked improvement over before. I was getting dropouts on video calls at the time. For $20 this was worth it over arguing with HP. Im installing a new router and AP tomorrow so it will really show how this operates.
Thanks for your advice on this. Im going to do a brute force test to see if there any flaws and will update if I see anything.

So far, the only effective solution has been replacing the Wi-Fi card, which has resolved the issue on multiple laptops — including those with AMD CPUs. Let’s mark this as completed.
Also, HP Support refuses to acknowledge that it’s their issue or provide any assistance with replacing the card.

I am keeping my receipt for replacing it on principle alone. When my HP rep asks why we aren't renewing our normal 500 laptop replacement in a year they may listen more closely. In the meantime I have ordered several dozen replacement nics.

It is really too bad that HP support has gotten this bad. I use to work for HP (HPE) and had a support group in Bangalore India. They supported servers and OS in my division. They were very good. Maybe the support team for personal computers just hasn't been trained very well.

Hello I am CompTIA Certified Technician here. I have been troubleshooting Blue-Tooth on a New HP Victus gaming laptop. It has the Realtek 8852BE-VT. I can fully confirm that this Realtek has issues in keeping a stable Blue-Tooth connection. I Tested it with a Mouse, Headphones, Earbuds etc. It toggles off within under a minute after pairing in Windows 11. No current driver will work with it. However, I did find a June or July of 2024 driver that is somewhat stable, but it still randomly disconnects. It may last an hour it may only last seconds. It has a mind of it's own.
I agree with others the best solution is to buy a tried and true wifi card 210NGW wifi-6E until they fix it. That is If they ever fix it. I have reported this to HP as well as Realtek and so far I have heard nothing :::::crickets::::
Not everyone is capable of replacing it and needs a tech like myself to replace it and keeping warranty. Both HP and Realtek need get on this issue ASAP. I would hate to see something like this escalate to a class action lawsuit because they won't recognize a issue that is a issue and one that easy to fix.
