Windows 10 Ethernet bug (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller)
a known bug, my Notebook after some windows updates stop to work as described on the microsoft comunity....
The network stops to work after few seconds after "Repair Procedure". Then runs, but the story repeats....

Please look at this document for Troubleshooting Wired Home Networks (Windows 10).
Here is a link to download the latest Network drivers. Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver
