Some updates were pushed to our notebook yesterday. Today I got some message there was an error and it was collecting information. Then the Wifi stopped working.
Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter
HP 15 TS Notebook PC
Product Number: M4C1BUA#ABA
BIOS: F.36-12/18/2014
Keyboard Revision: 57.51
MS Windows 10 Home
10.0.14393 Build 14393
x64-based PC
I uninstalled the old diver that had this error:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
Downloaded the new driver from http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=ob_152683_1#tab1
Saved file in default folder from prompt. c:\SWSetup\SP72517
Unfortunaely, it still gets this error when I look at the properties in devmgmt.msc
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8179&SUBSYS_197D103C&REV_01\4&c4a9ca9&0&00E1 requires further installation.

In the Driver Tab of the Wi-Fi Adapter Properties, the Roll Back Driver option is greyed out.
I chose Uninstall Driver and rebooted. I went back in there and it still has a warning icon by it and says this in properties:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

This is a forum where VOLUNTEERS try to help other users of HP computers -- definitely not "official HP Support".
Presumably, you either have your own wireless-router, or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has provided a "combination" box (both "wireless-router" and "modem").
If the former:
* power-off the ISP's cable-modem (or DSL-modem);
* power-off your wireless-router;
* power-on the ISP's modem, and wait for the lamps on it to settle-down to a steady pattern, indicating that the device has fully rebooted;
* power-on your wireless-router, and wait for the lamps on it to settle-down to a steady pattern, indicating that the device has fully rebooted;
* check that your computer's wireless connection is "enabled";
* check that your computer's wireless adapter is "connected" (both "local" and "Internet").
If the latter:
* power-off the ISP's "combo" box;
* power-on that box, and wait for the lamps on it to settle-down to a steady pattern, indicating that the device has fully rebooted;
* check that your computer's wireless connection is "enabled";
* check that your computer's wireless adapter is "connected" (both "local" and "Internet").

I'm sure it's not my wireless router. I have another laptop that is connecting to Wifi without any issue. It's this Realtek driver. Is there anyone out there that can help? I put all the detail as follow up to my previous post.

@ineedhelpok:
I'm sure that rebooting your wireless router is worth a try -- it may solve the problem, and does not cost you anything.
Turn it off -- maybe by unplugging its power-cord.
Wait 15 seconds.
Turn it on, and let it reboot.
See if all your home-network devices have reconnected.
