My HP Support Center has diagnosed that my Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn wi-fi adapter is experiencing driver or hardware problems. It instructs me to download and install the latest drivers from www.hp.com. I am not tech savvy. I go to HP.com/support, look at what I assume is the right category -- Network -- and I see a bluetooth adapter there with a very similar name, but not the wireless adapter. Where do I go to get the above wi-fi adapter? How do I go about finding it in the HP maze?
