Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if this works...

 

Download and save this updated driver.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96885.exe

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.

 

Right click on the problematic Realtek 8723BE wifi adapter listed there.

 

Select uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.

 

Restart the PC and install the updated driver you downloaded.
