Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter is note working in 5ghz network tell me some other drivers that can fix it.

All 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapters won't work in 5GHz network. You have to allow your router(s) to broadcast dual/triple bands to include 2.4GHz SSID, your computer now can see 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect.
