Periodically my wifi breaks. Laptop is disconnects from the internet and wifi networks are not visible.
At those times I am seeing error message on event viewer Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.  Sometimes I got this few times during few hours, sometimes I have no problems for days (Please refer to screenshot). All other devices have no problems with my network.
To get wifi back I can reboot my laptop or disable and enable Realtek network adapter from device manager.
I tried reinstall windows, tried different drivers version. I also install HP support assistance and updated everything. Nothing helps.

I bought this laptop only 3 weeks ago. What should I do?

@Paul_Tikkanen reaches deep into a bag of tricks. If the driver works very well, it should be properly included in the HP driver library for the notebook model.

Thank you @Paul_Tikkanen for the contribution !

Installed everything. Need few days to monitor the situation.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Paul ,

I have already installed sp140207 and newest available drivers on HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook PC .

Still got this issue

Can you please let me know about further steps which could fix the issue?

Thank you

The thing that worked for me is described below. If you are still struggling you can try this too.

Wireless -- Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) (select products only)
> Intel Wireless-AC 9560 802.11ac 2 × 2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth® 5 (MU-MIMO supported)
> Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 + Bluetooth 5 (non-vPro™) (802.11ax 2 × 2, MU-MIMO, supporting gigabit file transfer
speeds)
> Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac/abgn 2 × 2 + Bluetooth 5 (MU-MIMO supported)

I don't know what "abgn" is, but Realtek RTL8558.35.39.38ac PCIe Adapter is what I found my computer to have.

For any doubts, feel free to ping me back.

Warm regards
