bonjour ,

j'ai exactement le même problème au détail près 

ma machine est allez chez HP care Hongrie pour changer la carte wifi 

mais rien a changer toujours le même problème

l'argent il ont encaissé et nous le problème.

I also replaced wi-fi card . its still doesnt work. rubish , brand new device is uselees without wifi for me

Bonjour 

je ne sais pas si c’est utile je n’ai pas encore reçu la machine 

internet chez moi c’est la fibre

dans la machine les explications étaient noté avec les problèmes 

bien cordialement.
