You may want to try the latest W11 24H2 Realtek Wi-Fi driver from the ASUS ROG forum at the link below and see if that fixes the problem.

i have the best driver installed on this notebook, it is something about power management because when it is plugged in it is more stable not perfect but stable i think about getting my money back at this point
