HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

I have a brand new HP Laptop and before doing the updates on the laptop, my connection to the 5ghz with realtek rtl8822ce 802.11ac pcie was connecting perfectly fine. After all the windows and microsoft updates done on the laptop, the 5ghz connection either drops often or can't connect to network error. I would often disable/enable adapter, most time it works and at times it doesn't. But when turning on my laptop either from sleep or shutdown, the adapter does not connect automatically and I have to do the disable/enable to make it work (sometimes). I have been reading through the threads here and still I have not been able to resolve the issue. Reinstalling driver, resetting network, Updating driver, etc. I also do not know which windows update made this issue occur which I read someone saying to uninstall the windows update.

I do hope someone can help me with this as it is becoming quite frustrating.

If you have questions or clarifications, please feel free to ask. I really want to resolve this issue.

Looks like I am not alone.

Is there a way to get some experts or an HP Rep to notice this post?

Hope we can get some help on this.

Appreciate anyone taking the time to help us out.

Have a same issue, where putting laptop to sleep disables the wifi connection.  I read its an windows update issue but at you have to roll back.  I have no idea how to roll back.

Its annoying from what I read Windows says HP should update thier drivers and HP say Windows should not  have realsed the update because the problems its causing.

As ever the customer is the one effected and no one really cares.
