Sir, i bought this laptop last year  and now its find very difficult to find drivers for wireless networking and trackpad.when i check the official site it shows that there is no driver for this device . so can anyone suggest a method to troubleshoot driver issues please?

@abhi0596, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I see that the PC was shipped with FreeDOS and the drivers available on the HP Support site is compatible only with Win 10 OS. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Check and Update Windows.

 

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
