Product: HP Pavillion Gaming Dektop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having the same Issues as in this post:

Solved: Regular ping spikes to my router - HP Support Community - 7597557

 

I have altready tried the suggestions of the above post, without any improvement. Has there been found a solution for this now?

It is very annoying that HP builds such a kind of trash Hardware and then does not even provide help.
