My laptop HP 15-bs541tu is having the Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi adapter, so I am not getting 5GHz. I wanted to know if I can change the Wi-Fi adapter with the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 or Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160.

Hi:
Neither of those cards will work because they both need two antenna wires to be connected for both the wifi and Bluetooth to work and your notebook only has one wifi antenna.
There is only one dual band model wifi adapter you can upgrade to, and that is this one...
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express.
I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

RTL8821CE - Buy RTL8821CE with free shipping on AliExpress
On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.
Below is the link to the service manual for the model series, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
