I need a replacement wireless adapter for my laptop it has a Ralink Wifi WLAN Wireless Card RT3290  at present any suggestions

Since your notebook has an Intel core processor, this would be the best card you can upgrade to:

 

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

 

You should be able to find this model Wi-Fi card on eBay.

 

Search by the HP part number.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
