Dear HP Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my laptop, which has been plagued with recurring issues despite multiple part replacements.

Below are the relevant case IDs for reference:

0009984017581: Fri, May 17, 1:19 PM
0060131122207 - Thu, Jun 13, 2:25 AM (PR/ONS/IN/Z Book/damage/ADP)
0060131148252 - Sat, Sep 14, 4:22 AM
0010754019031 - Wed, Sep 25, 3:13 PM (PR/ONS/IN/Model/Touchpad issue)
0008381017452 - Mon, Oct 7, 9:13 AM (Wifi not working after Touchpad was replaced.)
Each time an engineer has replaced a part, the laptop develops a new issue. This has led to a frustrating cycle of raising new support cases with no lasting solution in sight. The quality of vendor support has been below expectations, and I no longer have confidence in their ability to resolve these issues effectively.

I strongly urge you to either restore my laptop to the fully functional condition it was in when I purchased it or proceed with a replacement if you are unable to resolve the ongoing problems. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I believe it’s time for a definitive resolution.

Please escalate this matter and respond with your plan of action as soon as possible.

Best Regards,
Dileep Kumar
