I have an Elitebook x360 1030 G3 and I can’t use sim card on it, I already installed the WWAN latest version and it’s still now working.

It sounds to me that your notebook does not come with the optional and expensive WWAN option needed to connect to a cellular network.

All a SIM card does is allow you to use your wireless provider's network.

In order for the SIM card to work, your notebook must have one of these model WWAN adapters present and working in the device manager under the Network adapters device manager category:

HP lt4132 LTE HSPA+

Intel XMM 7360 LTE

Qualcomm Snapdragon X12 LTE

WWAN is not supported in your notebook.

If you want to add WWAN capability, first check to make sure the notebook already has the WWAN antenna wires to connect to the WWAN adapter.

Below is the link to the service manual.

If your notebook has the WWAN antenna wires, you should be able to add WWAN capability to your notebook by purchasing one of the WWAN adapters listed in chapter 3 of the service manual.

You can only buy one of those adapters and they must have the HP part number on them, or they will not work.
