Unable to use scanner to email or computer (I can print wirelessly from computer, just reloaded the latest software version), it says "unable to connect to Web Services

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If you are able to print wirelessly to the MAC, it means the connectivity between the devices is fine.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the MAC. Try again.
If the issue persists, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve the web services issue.
