For an internal card I would use. getmac. to show up to 3 Mac address es.
Ethernet. Bluetooth. WiFi.
Then netsh wlan show interfaces. Netsh wlan show drivers.
Hope there is enough details to get a setup done. So let's move forward.
If in doubt please ask.

Hey @mehu_pr,
Thanks for joining the HP Support Forums community! Here you can find solutions, suggestions and a helping hand! I understand that you are having an issue with the network on your HP 15-r014tx Notebook PC. From your description (and screenshots) it sounds like the anti-virus program may be blocking the connection.
In the second screenshot you had provided, the last suggestion says "If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web". You said that this happened after you had installed an antivirus program and you ruled out the other two possibilities on that list.
Please try the following steps and let me know what the results of each one are:
- Try another browser (click here if you don't have another browser to use).
- Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and try to access the internet.
- Do a clean boot.
- Disable anti-virus software and Firewall (then try the internet again).
Did any of them allow you access to the internet?
Please let me know what happened for each one when you re-post.
Here is a document called Server Not Found - Troubleshoot connection problems from Mozilla Support. Although this is not affiliated with HP in any way, I thought that it might be helpful to you.
If this reply helped put you in the right direction, or one of the solutions above resolved the issue, please use the Accept as Solution button. If you want to give me a virtual high five, please click the Thumbs Up icon below.
Let me know the results of the troubleshooting. If you need more assistance, I would be more than happy to continue to help!
Have a good one!

Hi
So if you have installed the drivers, and this command will show them
netsh wlan show drivers
and the problem is at the no server found, we want to establish and cure the "server" side of it.
So the problem could be with the config, and these command should show helpful info...
ipconfig -all
netsh wlan show interfaces
C:\WINDOWS\system32>ipconfig -all
Wireless LAN adapter WiFi:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :

C:\WINDOWS\system32>netsh wlan show interfaces
There is 1 interface on the system:
Name : WiFi
Description : Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter

Authentication : WPA2-Personal
Cipher : CCMP
Connection mode : Auto Connect
Channel : 1
Receive rate (Mbps) : 72
Transmit rate (Mbps) : 72
Signal : 83%
Profile : WhiffyOne
You need an IP address, Default Gateway, DHCP Server and DNS servers.
So if you can tell what bit you are missing from the Control panel\Network and Internet settings please.
If you have connected in the past, then the old profile for WiFi may still exist...
netsh wlan show profiles ################################### @ECHO @ECHO PLEASE NOTE any NETWORK-SSID name(s) @ECHO that you want the PASSPHRASE(S) for. @ECHO Use the noted SSID below ####################################### netsh wlan show profile name="INSERT SSID HERE" key=clear
If in doubt please ask.
