Product: HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Trying to get printer set up in a dorm and there is a WIFI connection for dorm but can not press a button on router to connect and can not get printer to connect with wifi and can niot get printer to connect to computer

No, you can not setup a private wifi printer in your dorm environment - full stop. One other reason: you don't want other students to use your expensive inks do you.
