HP Recommended

It could be that I'm missing something obvious.

 

But I not only searched from the top folder (C:\SWSetup\sp57965), I also started the search in each subfolder just to make sure (always with "include subfolders" checked).

 

I can't explain it, but I also can't vouch that what the eBay seller sent me is what he says it is.

 

Believe me, I don't like losing a fight with a PC. But I do think in this case it bested me -- even with all your help.

 

By the way, I sent HP's CEO a note about all this. I'm sure he's staying up nights trying to figure out how to improve service to customers.
