Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 RCTO Base Model

I've tried all the suggested fixes - installed updates to everything, tested the speed with other devices and then pulled those devices back offline.  Very frustrated as my speed tests on my phone or other Dell laptop are super fast while regardless of anything I do the HP is VERY SLOW and I can't take video calls or download files.  I'm literally trying to take my video calls only from my phone while working from home because the fancy new computer literally can't handle the speed needed.  This is so frustrating.
