The SimpleSave software was never a "download".

The software was installed on the SimpleSave hard drive.

Worse, the backup software encrypted the backups.

The whole thing -- the hard drive units and the weird software -- was discontinued years ago.

The last supported Windows Operating System / version was Windows 7.

Should you be able to find a Windows 7 computer, try connecting the Drive to it --

If the software is still on the drive and usable, it should show up when you map the drive.

You are likely not the only one seeking the software.

I do urge you to be cautious -- looking for something this rare might mean should you find any sources to recover what you seek (embedded software), those sources might not be "as they seem".

I do wish you luck.
