I am working on a go 2000 notebook.Wi-Fi light stays orange.I even took out the card & restarted the computer no changes..I'm also working on a dell laptop which is confirmed totally dead...I took the Wi-Fi card out of the dell and put it in the go 2000.. Checked device manager and wala it shows a witless adapter which it did not before.I downloaded the drivers rebooted and now I have Wi-Fi..Don't know about Bluetooth but don't care as long as Wi-Fi .works..It is a Intel Wi-Fi card..If anybody want to know exactly what card I will pull it out and give the info....Keep in mind guys if Wi-Fi light is always orange and nothing shows up in Device manager then your card is bad.You could try taking it out reseating it,clean off contacts & if no changes its the card..
