on HP spectre x360 the ax201 wifi adapter and blue tooth mouse stopped working for no reason. We can occasionally get them to work by removing drivers and reloading, upgrade to windows 11 and it started working. until you turn off the laptop. when you turn it back on it no longer works. device manager reports the following
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
once we get them working again and turn off/on they stop working.
any help is appreciated.

Hi @mikeland01
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
I see that you are facing wifi and Bluetooth-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
The Code 10 error is one of several Device Manager error codes. It's generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, a situation usually caused by outdated or corrupted drivers.
May I know how often are you facing this issue?
Please run a hardware scan and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/ish_2854458-2733239-16
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
