Does anyone known why wifi analyzer apps show a Chinese IP address, 110.115.92.10?

By itself, it is not proof of nefarious activity. 

 

I do not have explanation why you are picking up this IP address - I do not generally speculate as the practice is useless in context.

 

Regardless, its appearance is not connected to your brand of computer, or even, I expect, your Operating System.
