Example: Pavilion dw300 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a relatively new HP Pavilion laptop, about 2 months. I have 3 other computers, 2 laptops and 1 desktop, all running Win 10, in the home on the same network. I am fairly obsessive about updating Windows on all. Recently, (not at first, I've been streaming on this computer for about 6 weeks no problem) my new HP laptop has streaming problems. When I try to stream from You Tube, Neflix, Sling,  Washington Post, etc, the video is so slow as to hardly streaming at all. It seems to be buffering but extremely slowly, almost 1 frame at a time every few minutes to the point of no movement! Speedtest shows that we are receiving in excess of 100 mps. Ping is @ 13-16.

If I restart the computer and go to either You Tube, Netflix or Sling and start a video it runs fine, but if I pause, stop or switch to another service, the video all but freezes, and all other services (Sling, You Tube etc also). All my other computers run fine. I can pause, switch or stop and start with no problem. Only this computer freezes during streaming.

Resolved....for now. Turns out it was my New Bee LC B41 bluetooth headset. I happened to turn off the headset I was using as I was trying to troubleshoot my streaming problem and the stream immediately improved to normal. I turned the headset on and immediately the stream slowed to a crawl/standstill.

None of the other computers in our house are affected by the headset, just this HP Pavilion 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz laptop, running Win 10. It's a very new laptop, not sure why the headset interferes. Would love to hear any suggestions as I'd like to use the headset for audio instead of headphones.
