Alright so my laptop is stuck in airplane mode, which doesnt allow me to use the wifi, when I checked my wifi driver is completely missing Im having a hard time trying to find what driver to download, and when I do download one i think is right it never works,how can i fix this quickly as I use my laptop for a living!!!! also Im not 100 percent sure which window my computer should use, I think it started off as a windows 7 and then updated to windows 10, whenever I look it says its running windows 10 home!!

Let's try this method:
Firstly, Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data. Next Uninstall network adapter
- Right-Click on start button> click device manager> expand Network adapters>then select the network drivers that are listed and right-click on it and uninstall the drivers.
- Then restart the computer and try to turn off airplane mode.
- Now check if the issue gets resolved.
