Product: HP EliteBook 850 G8 Notebook PC (1G1X7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi Community,
currenctly we are facing huge issues with the combination of at least Elitebook 850 G8 and Kensington SD4800P USB-C docks. The network connection drops about 1x per hour for a couple of seconds. This leads to calls are dropped and SAP is also loosing the connection. Other USB Devices and Screens connected to the dock are working fine and do not disconnect.
Kensington support was not really helpfull untul now.
Did someone have similar issues during the last time? We already updated all drivers and BIOS and also tried another USB-C cable. All with no luck.
Thank you!
