Thank you for joining the HP Community

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number to assist you better?

Meantime, try connecting to a different device and check it works fine.

Keep me posted.

Have a great day!

As the  HP ENVY x360 - 13-y034cl is working fine with the  Smart Phone which clearly indicates that the device is working fine. However, I suggest you contact the manufacture of the device which is not connecting.

Have a great day!
