The Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter does not work on the last few builds of W10.

Your only option would be to replace the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter with a supported model where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work on W10 or purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

Since did not provide any information regarding the full model number or product number of your notebook, I am unable to recommend a compatible Wi-Fi card replacement.

The notebook is the HP Pavilion g6-2311sp, Product Number D4G69EA#AB9.

Since you mentioned that the Ralink adapter is no longer supported on the latest Windows 10 builds, could you please recommend a specific Wi-Fi/Bluetooth replacement card that is compatible with this exact model?

I don't believe that the model series has a BIOS whitelist because other forum members have installed different model Wi-Fi cards in their g6-2200 and 2300 notebooks that were not offered in the model series.

You should be able to replace/upgrade the card with either of these:

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 724935-001.

The above card has a maximum throughput of 867 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.

Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 730668-001

The above card has a maximum throughput of 300 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.

The cards have full support for Windows 10/Windows 11.
