Product: HP Notebook - 14s-dq0500sa

Hi,
I am really hoping someone can help me. For no reason, i seem to have lost the ability to connect to the internet via WIFI. I am currently connected via ethernet cable.

When running the trouble shooter now, it's telling me there's no problem, but as soon as i take the ethernet cable out and loose connection, it's telling me The Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe isn't working. It's also telling me that this is already on my system, and doesn't need to be updated. 
I'm not very IT savvy, so any help with how i can download or update this would really be appreciated
