Hello 

I'm hoping someone can help me get back inContact with my American friend.

I got a new laptop last week so I could continue doing video calls when my last laptop went into meltdown. Monday the visit went well but Tuesday I went to do the Securus  runtime test and it come up with this message. This is the only way I can contact this person.

 

the requested URL was rejected, consult with your administrator. 

 

I have had a lot of people try and help but nothing is working.

what can I do? 

I'm ready to take it somewhere to get it looked at as I'm not good with technology.

Probabaly you get something like

Sorry you have to talk with Securus or someone who owns the product, HP does not own the product. I can not get into it too. There are many batter product out there such as Viber, WhatsApp .....
