Update. I tried to install the driver using the standard installer and was able to install RTL8852BE (6001.15.121.0). It works better than the once recommended by Windows, the only thing that is very slow.

And Event Viewer shows some warnings:

There is no such problem in any of the devices on the network anymore. There is also this problem with other networks (I checked on the access point from the phone)

Our options are exhausted. Either the antenna cable of wireless adapter is broken or there is a technical error.
