I have recently brought the laptop out of storage and opened it up and it wouldn't show any network. So, I went into the Device Manager and checked for the network adapter. It turns out it dissapered alltogether. I have already looked on the HP drivers support page and intel drivers support page as well. I have not found a single driver for the missing network adapter. If someone could please point me in the right direction?

I have installed both Bluetooth and Network Adapter drivers from the Intel website link you gave me and restarted my laptop. It is still not working for Internet nor Bluetooth connections. Please point me in the right direction on what to do next. Thank you.

Now please try to do a clean install
(a) Go to Device Manager,
(b) Uninstall BT and Wifi (what ever in there),
(c) Reboot machine,
(d) Install downloaded files,
(e) Reboot.
Regards.
