HP Recommended

Tried to install the HP Easy Start software in Windows 11 and it just kept spinning and saying "Checking your software needs". I rebooted and tried to install the "CLJM479_Full_WebPack_48.4.4589" and it could not find my printer in the network even though I gave it the correct IP address.

Hi @nsilico 

Check that your printer is connected to a 2.4 Ghz network, because HP printers are more compatible to work with 2.4 G networks.

 

Then run the next software for install:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart/COL96741/HPEasyStart_17_2_17.exe

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
