Hi @nikiGimi

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

here are some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the issue:

Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled:

  • On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

Remove Old Pairings:

  • If the keyboard is already paired with your phone, turn off Bluetooth on your phone to avoid interference.
  • If the keyboard has previously been connected to your laptop, go to Bluetooth & other devices, find the keyboard, click on it, and select Remove device.

Put the Keyboard in Pairing Mode:

  • Turn on the keyboard and make sure it’s in pairing mode. Usually, this involves holding down the Bluetooth button or a designated pairing button until the LED indicator starts blinking.

Add the Keyboard on Your Laptop:

  • In the Bluetooth settings on your laptop, click on Add Bluetooth or other device.
  • Select Bluetooth and wait for your keyboard to appear in the list of available devices.
  • Click on your keyboard to pair it.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Go to Device Manager (right-click the Start button and select it).
  • Expand Bluetooth, right-click your Bluetooth adapter, and choose Update driver.
  • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure that your Windows is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking Check for updates.
