Product: HP EliteBook 840 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi All,
Recently I have taken tr JIO Air Fiber internet at my home and the router I got from them is unable to connect with my laptop. But for all other laptop, mobiles and tabs it is working fine.
I have added the router configuration in the below.
It is a 5G sim network. Am not sure
Will this model supports that ?

Hi, I am getting same issue when connecting HP Probook 640 G8 with my JioAir Fiber router. but my other devices and Dell laptop is working fine on same.
This look like compatibility issue with HP WiFi device. hope HP can look on this issue.
