Unable to connect my laptop to broadband

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to connect my laptop to broadband though it is getting connected to mobile hotpot and working fine.

Whenever i try to connect the laptop to any broadband it gives the error "can't connect to this network".

I have tried with different wifi connections also but no benefit.

Please tell me the resolution asap.

@Collmanu07

It does not make any sense. Is it your home network or somewhere else ?

Regards.
