Unable to use Personal Hotspot from Iphone 12 on my Laptop

 

I'm having an annoying experience with data sharing amoungst my mobile devices. As the title says, i can't get my Laptop to connect to my personal hotspot, which is running off my Iphone 12. I've tried troubleshooting myself:

- Connect by bluetooth first, then connecting to the hotspot: Failed

- Updated drivers: Failed

- Updated Windows: Failed

- Updated Iphone: Failed

- Looked at HP Bloatwear for possible interference: Non

Worst of all is, i've tried locating the problem with some friends phones and laptops. They could connect to my iphone, and this has been tested with both Mac and PC. I tried connecting to their mobile hotspots, both android and it worked on my laptop.

SOMETHING, doesnt work, between my HP ENVY x360, and my iphone 12. But there seems to be no rhyme or reason.

Hope someone in here can help, cause i'm out of ideas 🙄
