Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

I have had this computer since April 2019 and from the moment it came out of the box the internet connection has been extremely unreliable. It will connect but after around 5 minutes the internet access status will say "secured, no internet" in place of "connected, secured" and then the connection will completely drop out. When it is connected, the speed is very slow. It is not an issue with my wifi as I have checked all permissions and tested it with mobile data, in which the results are the same.

I would be so appreciative of any help, thank you.

 

Here are the basic relevant specs if it will help:

 

Edition: windows 10

Version: 1909

Processor: ADM Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega mobile gfx 2.10GHz
